We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented bilingual Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our dynamic dental team. Responsibilities
- Explain treatment plans thoroughly to patients, ensuring they understand procedures, costs, and payment options.
- Coordinate with dental providers to schedule appointments and follow-up visits efficiently.
- Assist patients with financial arrangements, including insurance processing and payment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of treatment plans, patient interactions, and billing information in the practice management system.
- Support the administrative team by managing patient inquiries related to treatment options and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with all medical and dental office protocols, including confidentiality and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with the dental team to optimize patient flow and enhance overall practice operations.
Experience
- Bilingual proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish — reading, writing, and speaking — is required
- Previous experience working in a medical or dental office environment is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and dental procedures to effectively communicate with patients and staff.
- Proven ability to provide excellent medical administrative support in a busy office setting.
- Familiarity with dentrix acend, office management software or practice management systems is advantageous.
- Experience in handling insurance claims, eligibility, comprehensive knowledge of co pay and detectable , billing, or financial arrangements within a healthcare setting is a plus.
