We are looking for detail-oriented, trustworthy, and energetic Cleaning Professionals to join our growing team!
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, surface sanitation, and kitchen/bathroom cleaning.
- Follow customized task checklists and quality standards to ensure complete client satisfaction.
- Safely operate and maintain commercial cleaning equipment (vacuums, carpet cleaners, mops).
- Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, and carpet care as needed.
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Document completed tasks and photo check-ins via our scheduling and field management app.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial work is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person!
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and auto insurance required for traveling between job sites in the Treasure Valley.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor (lifting up to 35 lbs, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods).
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual, and highly dependable.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using a smartphone for schedule management and job tracking apps.
- Background: Must pass a standard background check.
