Summary: Ready Mix Mixer Operators ensure the timely delivery of Ready-Mix concrete products in a safe and courteous manner. Operators drive front-discharge mixer trucks to load different types of mixes and distribute products based on a customer’s specifications. Operators are service providers delivering ready mix concrete to customers. All applicants Must Have the CDL requirements to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Conduct your work safely.
· Prepare ready-mix concrete according to customer request.
· Deliver ready-mix concrete to the jobsite within assigned timeframe.
· Operate truck safely to assist in distributing ready-mix concrete
-Provide outstanding customer service.
· Ensure completion of required paperwork prior to pouring concrete.
· Keep the truck clean and presentable at all times.
· Possess a "GO-GETTER" mentality.
· Collect all COD (cash on delivery) prior to pouring out product.
APPLICANTS MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING CDL QUALIFICATIONS:
· Current CDL Class B or Class A
· Good driving record.
· Submit for a criminal background check.
· Clear Drug/Alcohol: Clearinghouse.gov account
· Pass a DOT drug screen (pre-screen).
· Current DOT Medical Card and 4-page Medical Long Form.
· No felony convictions.
· No unexplained gaps in employment.
Working Conditions:
· Monday – Saturday schedule (Rotating Saturdays)
· Shifts will be flexible (morning, mid-day, and night).
· Overtime is expected.
· Expect to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Physical Requirements:
· Able to lift/carry 50 lbs. regularly, be able to push and pull 100 lbs.
· Able to walk up and down ladders/stairs regularly.
· Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
-Ability to perform preventive maintenance on the trucks (greasing and cleaning)
