Compensation & Benefits
- $25–$32/hr Depending on Experience
- 40+ Hours Per Week

Minimum Experience Required
- 2–4 Years of Professional Painting Experience
What You’ll Be Doing
- Interior & exterior residential painting
- Prep work, masking, sanding, patching, and caulking
- Brush, roll, and spray applications
- Minor drywall repairs
- Staining and finish work
- Maintaining clean and professional job sites
- Communicating professionally with homeowners and management
- Following company systems and production standards
- Working efficiently while maintaining quality

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Comfortable using a smartphone for GPS, timesheets, texting, and communication apps
