Our MSED, ED.S., and Ph.D. programs in Educational Leadership prepare visionary leaders committed to student and community success. Rooted in a collaborative, interdisciplinary, and policy-informed framework, our programs emphasize reflective scholarship, leadership development, and practical Field-based experiences. The licensure component specifically prepares students for PK-12 administrative and supervisory roles across Virginia and beyond.
Our Master of Science in Education and Educational Specialist degrees prepares students for leadership roles in schools and school districts. The program leads to full Commonwealth of Virginia Licensure in Educational Administration and Supervision, Pre-K-12. Coursework provides conceptual and theoretical knowledge, as well as practical field experience.
The Educational Leadership Program uses a cohort model where students attend small, personalized, live, online classes with the same educational leadership students throughout the program. The unique online learning environment enables our students and faculty to engage in a class setting that simulates a face-to-face classroom. Our program caters to full-time working professionals.
