InterCapital Funding is looking for experienced Partner Development Representatives — sales recruiters and business development pros who can bring real estate brokers and agents into the ICF partner network.
Duties:
The mission is simple: help real estate professionals unlock a new income stream by connecting their investor clients to business-purpose private lending.
ICF funds real estate investors, rehabbers, landlords, developers, and builders through: Fix-and-flip, Rehab and Bridge loans
▪ DSCR rental property loans
▪ Ground-up construction
▪ Non-owner-occupied, business-purpose transactions

Compensation:
Base pay + residual commission.
Every partner you sign keeps paying you as their deals close. You're not just closing — you're building a book of business that compounds.

- The position offers a base salary plus commission during the 60-day training period. Upon successful completion of training, compensation transitions to a 100% commission-based structure with uncapped earning potential.
