Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care
Location: Oklahoma
Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift)
Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour
Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our long-term care team. The LPN will provide direct nursing care to residents, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident health status, and work closely with physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure quality resident care.
Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma LPN License in good standing
- Experience in long-term care preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Monitor and document resident conditions and changes in health status
- Assist with resident assessments and care planning
- Provide direct nursing care according to physician orders and facility policies
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
