We are currently looking for a Full Time Maintenance Technician I to join our Boggy Depot Team team located at the Boggy Depot Park working .
Summary:
Maintains building environment and grounds by maintaining building, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment as well as grounds keeping and repair services.
Responsibilities:
- Keeps equipment operational, systems and building ready for use
- Keeps preventative maintenance schedules
- Keeps maintenance records, following policy and procedures
- Completes repairs and installs replacement parts
- Reports needed changes
- Maintains equipment/machinery, systems and building by completing preventive maintenance schedules
- Completes and maintains monthly maintenance records
- Conducts minor preventative maintenance, when possible, and report additional needed repairs to line of support
- Maintain fire protection and alarm systems devices
- Manages and orders office inventory, equipment, uniforms and/or other operational supplies
- Assist with housing inspections
- Assist with guest accommodations and provide corrective action if needed
- Oversees contract work
- Reports all needs, incidents, and emergencies to appropriate personnel
- Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
- Answers questions in a courteous and professional manner
- Determines needs and seeks positive experiences and outcomes
- Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
- Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
- Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
- Maintains and promotes professionalism
- Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
- Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
- Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area
- Secures building and occupants by maintenance of fire alarm protection
- Maintains accurate and timely processing of all electrical safety checks, preventive and corrective work orders, contracts and other applicable documentation
- Paints interior and exterior walls, trim, doors, fixtures and signs as needed
- Maintains building climate by trouble-shooting heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment
- Maintains building accessibility by removing ice and snow from walkways and parking lot
- Mows the lawn and cleans surrounding landscapes
- Maintains facilities plumbing including fixtures and sprinklers
- Hauls file and boxes, moves furniture, sets up furnishings, prepare rooms for meetings, assemble public announcement and audio-visual equipment following manufacturer’s operating and care guidelines, and repairs and installs replacement parts to assure equipment is in working order when needed
- Identifies and corrects hazardous working conditions
- Performs all other duties as assigned
