Peak Integrative is looking for an outgoing, self motivated, and organized Events & Marketing Assistant to help grow our brand through in person marketing, local partnerships, events, influencer marketing, and social media content.
This is a boots on the ground marketing role. You will represent Peak Integrative in the community, build relationships with local businesses and organizations, attend wellness and community events, generate leads, coordinate collaborations, and help create authentic content for our social media.
The Marketing Director will oversee the role and provide support, but we are looking for someone who can work independently, find opportunities on their own, and take initiative.
What You’ll Do
Community Marketing & Partnerships
- Identify and reach out to local businesses, gyms, wellness centers, salons, spas, medical offices, fitness studios, and other potential partners
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community organizations
- Visit businesses in person to introduce Peak Integrative and explore partnership opportunities
- Identify opportunities for cross promotions, referrals, collaborations, and community outreach
- Track businesses contacted, partnership opportunities, and follow ups
- Represent Peak Integrative professionally and enthusiastically in the community
Events
- Research and independently identify relevant local events and opportunities for Peak Integrative to participate in
- Coordinate event details, registration, logistics, and scheduling
- Attend events and represent Peak Integrative at our table or booth
- Set up and break down event materials
- Engage with attendees and educate them about Peak Integrative
- Collect leads and contact information through our lead capture process
- Follow up with event leads
- Look for creative ways to increase engagement and lead generation at events
- Be available for weekend events when needed
The Marketing Director will support you with event coordination when needed, including helping purchase event supplies, marketing materials, giveaways, and other items. If you need materials created, such as signage, promotional items, or gift baskets, the Marketing Director can assist with coordinating and creating those items.
Other Minor Responsbilties:
Influencer & UGC Marketing
- Research and identify local influencers, content creators, and UGC creators who align with the Peak Integrative brand
- Reach out to influencers and creators to establish relationships and invite them to experience Peak Integrative
- Coordinate influencer visits and collaborations
- Help develop creative collaboration ideas and content opportunities
- Build an ongoing network of local creators who can create content for Peak Integrative
- Follow up with influencers and creators after visits
- Track influencer outreach, collaborations, and results
- Look for new opportunities to get Peak Integrative in front of relevant local audiences
Marketing & Social Media Support
- Assist the Marketing Director with day to day marketing initiatives
- Take photos and videos at events, partnerships, influencer visits, and around the business
- Capture authentic behind the scenes content and short form video
- Help create content ideas based on events, partnerships, influencers, and community activity
- Assist with gathering UGC and other marketing assets
- Help gather photos, videos, testimonials, and other marketing materials
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions as assigned
Marketing Director Support
The Marketing Director will provide the overall marketing strategy, direction, and brand guidelines while supporting you with the tools and resources needed to execute.
The Marketing Director will:
- Help purchase event supplies and promotional items
- Assist with event coordination when needed
- Help coordinate the creation of marketing materials
- Help create or assemble gift baskets and promotional materials
- Edit videos and graphics that you capture or create
- Handle posting content to Peak Integrative's social media accounts
- Provide marketing direction, ideas, and priorities
- Help turn the content you capture into finished social media content
Your primary focus will be getting out into the community, creating relationships, finding opportunities, and generating leads.
This position offers flexibility and independence. You will have the ability to create your own schedule based on upcoming events, business visits, partnership opportunities, influencer visits, and marketing needs.
The ideal candidate must have availability for weekend events, as many community and wellness events take place on Saturdays and Sundays.
This is a community based position and will require regular travel to local businesses, events, and potential partnership locations.

Reports To
Marketing Director
The Marketing Director will provide overall direction, brand guidelines, goals, and priorities while giving the Events & Marketing Assistant the independence to execute and find opportunities in the community.
