What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate bulk shipments across multiple transportation modes, including rail, truck, and international freight.
- Work closely with carriers, suppliers, terminals, and customers to keep shipments moving on time while resolving transportation issues.
- Analyze freight activity, ensure transportation compliance, and help improve logistics efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with bulk freight logistics, including exposure to railcar shipping (bulk liquid experience is a plus).
- Background in domestic and international transportation, including import/export logistics and transportation management systems.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate professionally with internal and external partners.
