Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve ice cream, shakes, cakes, and other menu items.
- Provide friendly customer service and take orders accurately.
- Operate the POS system and handle cash and card transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations.
Requirements
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
- Previous food service or retail experience is a plus but not required.
