Why Physical Therapists Choose RESTORE Mobile Therapy
Create a Schedule That Works for Your Life
You will have flexibility over the days and times you see patients.
Need to attend an appointment, handle a family responsibility, or adjust your week?
You can reschedule patients as needed rather than asking permission every time life happens.
For planned time away of more than two days, we simply ask for approximately two weeks’ notice so patient care can be coordinated appropriately.
This role gives you the ability to build your work around your life while still providing reliable, high-quality care.
Maintain a Manageable Full-Time Caseload
Full-time clinicians are responsible for approximately 25 patient visits per week.
This allows you to provide attentive care, complete documentation, travel between patients, and maintain a sustainable workload without being pushed through an unrealistic daily volume.
You will have the time to think critically, adapt treatment plans, and give each patient the attention they deserve.
Practice With Real Clinical Autonomy
You will not be pressured to keep patients on your caseload unnecessarily.
You will also not be expected to discharge someone simply because they have reached a predetermined number of visits.
Treatment frequency, progression, and discharge decisions are based on your professional judgment and the patient’s individual needs.
We trust you to practice ethically, use your clinical reasoning, and make decisions that support the best possible patient outcomes.
Provide Meaningful One-on-One Care
Every patient visit is completed one-on-one and typically lasts 45 to 60 minutes.
You will not be double booked or expected to divide your attention between multiple patients.
This allows you to build stronger relationships, provide individualized treatment, and focus on meaningful functional improvements.
Treat Patients Where Function Actually Happens
Providing therapy inside a patient’s home gives you a perspective that cannot always be recreated in a traditional clinic.
You can see how the patient navigates their actual environment, identify barriers to safety and independence, and create practical treatment strategies that directly improve everyday function.
Your care can help patients remain in their homes, regain confidence, reduce fall risk, and return to the activities that matter most to them.
Work With a Diverse and Meaningful Patient Population
You will assess and treat adults with a variety of conditions, including:
- Neurological disorders
- General deconditioning
- Balance and mobility limitations
- Chronic medical conditions
- Post-operative orthopedic conditions
- Functional decline
- Fall risk
- Reduced strength and endurance
- Difficulty safely navigating the home and community
RESTORE Mobile Therapy helps individuals regain strength, improve mobility, and remain as safe and independent as possible in their own homes.
Receive Support Without Being Micromanaged
You will be trusted to manage your schedule and patient care while still having access to mentorship, administrative assistance, and clinical support when needed.
You will not be left completely on your own, but you will also not have someone constantly looking over your shoulder.
This is an environment built for experienced clinicians who want independence with support available when it matters.
What You Will Do
As a Physical Therapist with RESTORE Mobile Therapy, you will:
- Complete comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations in patients’ homes
- Develop individualized plans of care based on each patient’s goals and functional needs

- Educate patients, families, and caregivers
- Recommend practical strategies that improve safety and independence within the home
- Communicate with physicians, caregivers, and other members of the care team
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Make independent clinical decisions regarding treatment progression, frequency, and discharge
- Manage and organize your schedule throughout the greater Danbury area
