- One year of prior Center Director experience.
- Top notch customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations capably.
- Budget and financial accountability.
- State childcare licensing knowledge a must.
- Must have a SD Directors Credentials.
- The position requires continuous professional development through training and evaluations.
