Duties

- Ensure all food handling and safety procedures are strictly followed to maintain hygiene and sanitation standards
- Assist with menu planning by suggesting new dishes and seasonal specials based on customer preferences and ingredient availability
- Manage food inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
- Maintain cleanliness of the truck’s kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
- Support food presentation to ensure visually appealing dishes that meet brand standards
- Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service during busy periods and uphold a positive customer experience
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles within the food industry or restaurant settings
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices
- Experience with menu planning, catering, or fine dining environments is highly desirable
- Excellent food service skills with the ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment maintenance and sanitation procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure smooth operations
