Registration Assistant I
General Role Description: This full-time position provides direct administrative assistance for the Records and Registration Office, coordinating day-to-day front-end office operations and maintaining student records.
Key Role Accountabilities

Serves as a contact for the Records and Registration Office, managing phone inquiries, assisting walk-ins, and supporting student registration processes.

Processes student demographic data updates and ensures accuracy and compliance with policies relating to data collection.

Manages student files (new, active, inactive), by supporting document storage and record retention processes.

Supports the Records and Registration Support Portal ticketing system by assisting with student, staff, and faculty inquirires, as well as form submissions as needed.

Manages data integrity by conducting checks and asissting with database cleanup.

Collects and downloads syllabi for the repository.

Assists with scheduling, including 25-Live room scheduling and planning/course creation processes.

Minimum Role Requirements

Associate's degree or equivalent experience in higher education.

At least 2 years of experience in administrative support or a related role; experience with database systems and data management tools is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and database management software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with frequent interruptions.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to develop effective working relationships within a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Strong work ethic, high energy, flexibility, initiative, and creativity.

Available to work occasionally on Saturdays throughout the year.
