About the Role
Our Mechanical Preventative Maintenance Sales Professional is responsible for achieving maintenance sales objectives. Serving as the primary liaison between customers, dispatch, and field operations. This position is essential to maintaining strong customer relationships and promoting JS3's core values.
- Independently identify and develop new preventative maintenance sales opportunities in the commercial building market. Meet with potential customers, maintain reporting and follow up.

Pay based on salary + commission (pay structure available at interview)

Develop accurate estimates for service agreements by obtaining correct information from building site and proper use of costing process.

Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and effectively propose HVAC preventative maintenance solutions.

Ensure internal staff have all knowledge and detailed plan of preventative maintenance for the site, follow up as needed.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Develop reports and maintain knowledge of the market penetration, profitable revenue opportunities and market trends.

Other duties as assigned to accomplish revenue and sales objectives.
You are a good candidate if you:
- Have 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience and be VERY comfortable and confident in sharing knowledge, talking to strangers and introducing yourself. Natural ability to connect with people, learn their needs and overcome objectives.

Are a self-starter, this role comes with set objectives that will require dedication to time management and meeting schedules and deadlines.

Have a high school diploma or GED

Have excellent time management skills and ability to multitask

Valid Driver's license
