Position Overview
Senior Protection USA LLC provides medical alert and life-safety solutions designed to help seniors maintain independence while ensuring access to immediate assistance when needed.
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and compassionate Customer Care Technician to support customer communication, account administration, operational coordination, and on-site service installation.
Must have a current driver's license with a clean driving record.
This role is ideal for an experienced administrative professional seeking a stable, flexible full-time position within a growing company. We value professionalism, reliability, compassion, and strong organizational skills.
Primary Responsibilities
· Answer inbound customer calls and emails in a professional and supportive manner
· Installing product in customers location
· Assist customers and caregivers with account updates, onboarding, and service questions
· Maintain organized customer records, service agreements, and operational documentation
· Coordinate shipping, device replacements, and inventory-related updates
· Activating and shipping product from a local warehouse
· Assist with billing inquiries and account maintenance
· Communicate important account updates to third-party monitoring partners
· Verify emergency contact information and response instructions
· Support daily office workflow and administrative operations
· Accurately document customer interactions and service updates
Preferred Qualifications
· 1–3 years customer service, administrative, or office support experience
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Comfortable interacting with seniors and caregivers
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail
· Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a professional office environment
· Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, email, and CRM systems
· Experience in healthcare, medical alert services, or subscription-based services is helpful but not required
