Calling all pizza enthusiasts! As a Shift Lead at Marco's Pizza, you'll be at the forefront of our delicious revolution. Lead your team, delight our customers, and elevate the pizza experience to new heights.
Can make up to $17.00/hr. including tips! The pay rate is based on experience, ability to learn, and perform at a fast pace.

Responsibilities:
- Inspire and motivate your team to deliver top-notch service.
- Keep operations running smoothly during your shift.
- Train and coach team members to greatness.
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety standards.

Qualifications:
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in the food industry.
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
- Flexibility to work evenings, and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- A positive attitude and a passion for pizza!
- At least 18 years of age or older
- At lease 6 months experience in specific industry
- Ability to reliably get to work on time
- Have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $17 per hour WITH TIP SHARE
Experience:
Leadership - 1 year (preferred)
Restaurant - 2 years (preferred)
Shift and Schedule:
Mon-Wed-Fri 12 Hour shifts.
