Position Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled, dependable, and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team at Trinity Palms at Seven Springs Apartments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in apartment maintenance and demonstrate knowledge across multiple technical disciplines. This position requires a proactive approach to property maintenance, a commitment to quality workmanship, and excellent customer service for our residents.
Qualified applicants may be eligible for a 50% apartment rental discount.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing apartment homes for new resident move-ins, including make-ready and punch-out work
- Performing maintenance repairs in occupied apartment homes
- Assisting the Maintenance Supervisor and collaborating with fellow maintenance team members
- Completing service requests efficiently, accurately, and to company standards
- Maintaining property grounds, amenities, and common areas as needed
- Responding professionally and promptly to maintenance-related issues
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
- HVAC Universal EPA/Freon Certification required
- Working knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and general maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and follow-through skills
- Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and self-motivation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Requirements
- Pre-employment drug screening required, including medical marijuana testing
- Background check required prior to employment
