We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Assistant Baker
Duties
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing Gluten and Gluten-Free Dough, Bagels, Donuts, Sandwiches
- Packaging finished products for sale, ensuring they meet presentation standards.
- Assisting in food production and preparation tasks as needed, maintaining high standards of quality.
- Utilizing knife skills for efficient food preparation while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, following food safety guidelines.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Participating in catering events, showcasing your culinary talents in various settings.
Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- Background in food production or preparation within a professional kitchen environment.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Previous experience in catering or restaurant settings is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

We operate 24HRS a day. Flexible Hours throughout the Day/Night. Work Full-Time or Part time. Before work, After Work. We need Help in our rapidly growing Bakery. We WILL train the right people with the RIGHT Attitude.
