What This Role Involves
You’ll provide hands-on, in-home support to elderly individuals and adults who rely on compassionate, dependable care.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Supporting mobility and safe transfers
- Preparing meals based on dietary needs
- Providing companionship and emotional reassurance
- Light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean environment
- Monitoring changes in health or behavior
- Documenting care accurately and consistently

You’ll do well in this role if you are:
- Patient and emotionally steady
- Comfortable providing personal care
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically able to assist with mobility (lifting up to 25 lbs)
- Calm under pressure
- Willing to learn
Caregiving experience (home care, CNA, assisted living, DSP) is a plus — but not required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Active CNA license (not required)
- Valid Kansas Driver’s License
- Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals
- Hoyer Lift Trained
- Gait Belt Trained
- Experience working with Colostomy or Catheter bags
- Bilingual (preferred but not required)
Required:
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience
- Valid Kansas Driver’s License or Kansas ID
- Reliable transportation with current auto insurance
- Must be 18 years of age or older

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
