Join our dynamic team as a Dunkin Crew Member / Shift Leader and become the heart of an energetic, fast-paced food service environment! In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences by preparing delicious food and beverages, managing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant. As a Shift Leader, you'll also motivate your team, oversee daily operations, and ensure that every guest leaves satisfied. Responsibilities
- Prepare food and beverages efficiently while adhering to quality standards and safety regulations
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with precision
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, upselling menu items, and addressing inquiries promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across the restaurant, including food handling, bussing tables, and kitchen sanitation
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality
- Assist in training new team members on food preparation techniques, POS operation, and customer service best practices
- Support shift operations by supervising team members, managing inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with food safety protocols
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus
- Experience in food preparation, cashiering, or retail math enhances your ability to succeed in this role
- Strong time management skills to handle fast-paced environments efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures is beneficial
- Prior experience in café or grocery store environments can provide a solid foundation for success
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
