Are you sales oriented? Do you have a passion about health and wellness? We're looking for a Boutique Spa Wellness Sales Associate to join beem® - Lee's Summit.
This Wellness Sales Associate (WSA) position is responsible for the for the customer experience from the beginning to the end. This person must have a passion for selling and must not be afraid to make sales phone calls (selling \"health and wellness or gym memberships\" would be a plus) . This job will include membership sales, customer service, and cleanliness of a clean studio environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, has a positive attitude, and demonstrates a solid work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Drive membership and retail sales through daily leadership and accountability
- Build client relationships and ensure every interaction turns into a long-term relationship
- Make lead outreach calls; send text messages and emails
- Help to keep the studio and suites clean and ensure on-site laundry is caught up
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 1 year previous experience in retail sales and POS System (a plus)
- Strong sense of customer service and communication skills
- Proven experience in sales leadership, membership-based businesses and retail sales
- Strong closer with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Passion for health, wellness, fitness, or recovery services
- Ability to lead from the front—this is a hands-on sales role
- Not afraid to make calls
