American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with 5+ years of experience and strong critical care/ventilator skills for a 13-week day shift travel assignment in Colorado.

12-hour day shifts
-
Rotating weekend coverage required
-
No call rotation

Cardiopulmonary/Respiratory Therapy department
-
Patient population spans all ages and all acuity levels
-
Strong critical care and ventilator management involved in daily practice
-
Neonatal and pediatric cases are part of the caseload
-
Minimum 5 years of Respiratory Therapy experience required

RRT credential required; CRT candidates will not be considered

Valid Colorado Registered Respiratory Therapist license (DORA-RT) in good standing required; license required if applicable

Graduation from an approved Respiratory Therapy program as required for licensure
-
Current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications — all required
-
Neonatal and pediatric experience required

Excellent critical care and ventilator skills required

DOB and SSN required for consideration

Flu vaccine required; no exemptions accepted

Provide respiratory care and diagnostic procedures for cardiopulmonary patients across all ages and acuity levels

Candidates must reside at least 75 miles from the facility to be eligible; no local candidates accepted

Colorado CAPS background check is required and may take up to two weeks to obtain — candidates should apply promptly
