Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide private duty nursing services in the home setting. This role offers consistent hours and the opportunity to provide individualized, patient-focused care.
Responsibilities:
- Perform ongoing nursing assessments
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor patient status and report changes in condition
- Assist with activities of daily living as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Communicate with family members, physicians, and clinical staff
- Promote patient safety, comfort, and quality of life
Requirements:
- Active California LVN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Home health or private duty nursing experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation
