What You’ll Do:
- Precision Packing: Pick, pack, and label products with 100% accuracy.
- Heavy Lifting: Move, stack, and organize boxes weighing up to 40-50 lbs daily.
- Inventory Flow: Unload shipments and keep the warehouse organized and professional.
- Team Support: Work closely with the team to hit daily shipping goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Physically Fit: This is a high-intensity role requiring heavy lifting (70 lbs) all day.
- Reliability: You are someone who is never late and ready to work every morning.
- Immediate Start: We need someone ready to jump in this week.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or forklift experience is a major plus, but we will train the right person.
Schedule:
- Monday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Flexibility required during peak times).
- Sundays Off.
Compensation:
- $18.00/hr starting rate.
- Full-time hours (39-40 hours per week).
