Position: Assistant Site Coordinator
Location: Lexington, MA
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:00AM-9:00AM & 3:00PM-6:00PM, Friday 7:00AM-9:00AM & 12:00PM-6:00PM, plus administrative hours

About the Role
We are currently hiring an Assistant Site Coordinator for one of our Lexington locations for the 26/27 school year. The Assistant Site Coordinator supports the Site Coordinator in overseeing daily operations and staff supervision, while also leading engaging, hands-on activities for students.
Our ideal candidate is a reliable, enthusiastic, and organized professional who communicates well with children, families, and coworkers and is eager to grow into a leadership role.
What You'll Do
- Support the Site Coordinator in the day-to-day operations of the program
- Help lead and supervise a team of group leaders and support staff
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for children
- Assist with planning and leading activities that are creative, fun, and developmentally appropriate
- Build positive relationships with families, school staff, and community partners
- Help manage schedules, attendance, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with EEC regulations and Kidsborough policies
- Step in for the Site Coordinator when needed
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of EEC regulations for school-age programs
- 2+ years of experience working with children in a licensed setting
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
- Must meet EEC qualifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and support a team-oriented culture
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
- Commitment to creating a positive and enriching environment for children

Pay: $50,000.00 - $54,500.00 per year

Experience:
