Be over the age of 21 (it is working around alcohol after all)

Some physical things to remember:

You'll be on your feet for a long period of time

At times you will be in varied temperatures (it's really cold in the freezer, and it gets a little hot in the kitchen during the summer)

You'll be lifting more than just beers at times
