Duties
- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies and handling ingredients when needed.
- Support the kitchen staff with bussing tables and clearing plates to maintain a tidy dining environment.
- Ensure all cleaning protocols are followed diligently to promote a safe and hygienic workspace.
- Help with light catering or banquet setup and breakdown to support special events or large parties.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling processes responsibly to keep the kitchen area clean and organized.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours.
