Holly Lake Consultants is a sales and development firm in the Dallas region partnering with Frontier to bring fiber internet and TV solutions to customers across the area. As Frontier expands its fiber footprint locally, we're growing our team to meet the demand — and we're looking for motivated individuals ready to be part of it.
As a Frontier Sales Associate, you'll work directly with residential customers through in-person consultations, helping them understand their options and guiding them through the sales process from first conversation to activation. Full product and sales training is provided.
What You'll Do As A Frontier Sales Associate:
- Engage customers in consultative, in-person conversations about Frontier's fiber internet and TV bundles
- Position Frontier's offerings as a clear upgrade over local satellite options — no freezing, no weather drops, no surprise price hikes
- Walk customers through live product demos to show the speed and reliability of Frontier's service firsthand
- Identify opportunities to enhance a customer's home setup with whole-house internet and wireless coverage
- Serve as the customer's point of contact from initial greeting through activation, building trust at every step
- Meet Frontier Sales Associate team sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience
