This is more than a retail job. You’ll receive dependable base pay while having the opportunity to earn more through commissions—so your enthusiasm, initiative, and results are recognized and rewarded.
What you’ll do
- Create an outstanding, welcoming experience for every clients
- Help customers select jewelry and gifts for engagements, anniversaries, birthdays, and other meaningful occasions
- Build lasting relationships that keep clients coming back
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Assist with the store’s social media presence and help share new products, promotions, and special moments
- Learn about fine jewelry through hands-on, on-the-job training
- Contribute ideas and positive energy to a fun, team-oriented environment

Hours you can feel good about
Our schedule offers a refreshing alternative to traditional retail hours:
- Monday–Wednesday, Friday: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 9:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
- Closed Sunday
Additional seasonal hours may apply during the holidays.
