Overview
- We are seeking a skilled journeyman/ journey level electrician, and electrical apprentices with 2+ years experience to join our team. As a journeyman electrician, you will be responsible for renovating buildings and maintaining electrical systems in various settings. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay, company vehicle, profit sharing, gas card, bonuses and health benefits.

Responsibilities
We are a diverse company that does residential new construction, service work, generator installs, commercial buildouts, maintenance, and more. Multi-area job locations ranging throughout Michigan.
Responsibilities:
*Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams .
*install maintain and repair electrical systems in accordance with local and national code.
*identify issues and troubleshoot electrical problems using diagnostic tools and techniques.
*collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
*provide training and guidance to apprentice electricians as needed.
*keep accurate records of work performed in materials used.
*adhere to our safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications
*Journeyman license preferred
*2+ years in the electrical field
*strong knowledge of electrical code and regulations
*ability to use hand tools in electrical testing equipment
*valid drivers license
*excellent problem-solving, skills in attention to detail
Experience
- Proven experience as an electrician in industrial or commercial environments with a strong understanding of industrial electrical systems.
- Hands-on experience with high-voltage electrical wiring and low-voltage systems in construction or renovation projects.
- Knowledge of NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code), NEC (National Electrical Code), and local electrical codes is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems efficiently using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and circuit testers.
- Experience reading blueprints, schematics, electrical diagrams, and blueprints related to construction or renovation projects.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, and automation systems is highly desirable.
- Prior work on construction sites or industrial facilities that involved installation, maintenance, or repair of electrical infrastructure.
- Ability to work safely following all electrical safety procedures while handling high-voltage equipment and performing wiring tasks.

Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
