We are looking to hire a Client Services Coordinator to join our team.
Client Services Coordinator Job Description and Duties:
The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients with every interaction, through active listening, thoughtful and honest communication and proactively implementing simple solutions that save our clients time and resources. This front-line support role is vital to the success of Walton and each assigned client. Our most successful Client Services Coordinators are viewed as partners by their assigned clients; instead of one more employee of another vendor. They do this by becoming trusted advisors to our clients by developing and maintaining lasting relationships and becoming subject matter experts.
The general duties of a Client Services Coordinator may vary frequently from day-to-day, but generally consist of managing the Work Opportunity Tax Credit program as well as other Point-of-Hire tax credits for an assigned book of business.
Additionally, our Client Services Coordinator will be responsible for:
· Building and maintaining solid working relationships with assigned clients through effective communication and collaboration among outside contacts as well as internal departments and peers
· Leading implementation projects for new clients as well as new integrations or setup changes for existing clients
· Ensuring timely receipt of all client deliverables promoting high client satisfaction and retention.
· Managing the consistency of client account information throughout all our internal systems
· Performing detailed quality assurance tests on any data provided from clients, such as payroll, employment verification, or screening surveys
· Researching a client’s business and industry trends to understand their unique needs to offer and implement suitable solutions that yield maximum results
· Analyzing, key metrics trends and developing/implementing proven strategies if/when client results and goals fall short
· Leading and delivering consultative quarterly and annual strategic client business reviews and follow-up with a clear, concise and compelling narrative
In addition to learning our internal software systems, the Client Services Coordinator needs to become familiar with the client’s HR and Applicant Tracking systems and workflows for guiding implementation, understanding client challenges, and deploying custom innovative solutions.
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma + 2 years of experience successfully managing clients in the professional services industry
· The ideal candidate must be skilled at managing many accounts using multiple cloud-based technology platforms. In addition, the candidate must be well-versed using Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Thus, effective time management skills and ability to prioritize workload while handling multiple tasks and deadlines is essential.
· Having good business acumen (i.e. understand how our client works and makes money, including how this role impacts both Walton and our client’s ability to be profitable) is critical to being successful in this role.
· Possessing a commanding presence and having a sense of creativity and curiosity to consistently consider all options and not be governed by conventional thinking is also essential to thrive in this role.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate the financial value of your work at multiple responsibility levels inside our clients' business, which may include the CEO, is also a crucial skill set the ideal candidate must possess.
· Candidates must demonstrate a sense of pride and ownership in their work. Client Services Coordinators are responsible for the success of their assigned book of business. Thus the ability to work independently and demonstrate the ability to exercise sound judgment is vital.
· Preference given to candidates who have proven success in remote employment environments.
· WOTC knowledge and consultative sales experience are big pluses.
