Clear Water Plumbing is a locally owned, family-operated plumbing company dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive experience while keeping our office and technicians running efficiently. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, emails, and Yelp Business inquiries
- Schedule plumbing service appointments using Housecall Pro
- Coordinate and dispatch technician schedules throughout the day
- Communicate with customers regarding appointment times and updates
- Follow up on estimates and unsold jobs
- Enter and maintain accurate customer information in Housecall Pro
- Assist with invoicing, payments, and other office administrative tasks as needed
- Work closely with our technicians to ensure an organized and efficient schedule
- Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction
Qualifications
- Friendly, professional, and confident on the phone
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Previous office, dispatch, or customer service experience preferred
- Housecall Pro experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person
