BISUTORO Sushi Bar & Grill is currently looking for an upbeat Dishwasher to become part of the family at Biltmore Fashion Park in Phoenix, Az.
The person under this job must maintains kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
Responsibilities
- Collects and cleans all dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans and related food use items.
- Safely operates dishwasher and checks items for cleanliness; loads appropriate soap levels and time cycles.
- Transports and stores cleaned, dried items in proper places.
- Transports items between dining room and dish room.
- Removes garbage from area and disposes of in proper waste containers. operates garbage disposal unit.
- Cleans floor of any spillage of water, detergent and/or foodstuffs per safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Cleans floor of bathrooms at the start of shift and kitchen at the end of shift.
- Washes worktables, walls, floors, and department equipment.
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Skills & Abilities
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Ability to calculate, understand and interpret guidelines to measure chemicals and cleaning supplies.
- Team work oriented.
Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
