Job Summary

Duties
- Serve as laison between client and hotel for all details to ensure the proper execution of groups and events.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement
- Operate the PS M(Property Management System) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
- Upsell related products to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Assist with basic retail math tasks such as calculating totals, discounts, and change during transactions
- Support team members with supervising responsibilities when needed, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively in bilingual settings (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory management
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to create positive interactions
- Supervising experience is beneficial for those interested in leadership opportunities within the team

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
