You'll work closely with colleagues across every department to understand their needs, resolve technical challenges, and identify opportunities to improve how technology supports the business.
During your first year, you'll establish a responsive and high-performing IT function by strengthening service delivery, improving system reliability and security, streamlining support processes, and enhancing the tools employees rely on every day. Your work will help create a seamless technology experience that enables the broader business to remain productive, collaborative, and focused on delivering exceptional outcomes for Mender's customers.
