Housekeeper (Hotel) — Full-Time/Part-Time
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our hotel team to maintain cleanliness, comfort, and safety of guest rooms and ensure exceptional guest experiences while following the hotel’s brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms: make beds, change linens, vacuum, dust, clean bathrooms, empty trash, and replenish amenities
- Follow room cleaning checklists and the hotel’s brand standards for hygiene, presentation, and guest experience
- Report maintenance issues, lost & found items, and safety hazards found in rooms
- Assist with in-room laundry duties as needed (towels, linens)
- Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and manage inventory of supplies
- Respect guest privacy and respond courteously to guest requests
- Communication with Front Desk staff and Management to ensure guests requests are met.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required — training provided
- Ability to lift/move up to 25–50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail, time-management, and reliability
- Ability to learn and consistently apply brand standards and procedures
- Professional, friendly attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Flexible schedule; available mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic English for reading procedures and communicating with team/guests
