Compensation: $40,000–$120,000+ per year (commission-based, no cap)
About the Role
Eagles Home Improvement is hiring motivated, self-driven sales representatives to join our growing door-to-door canvassing team in Colorado Springs, Pueblo and surrounding areas. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with unlimited earning potential. Whether you're new to sales or a seasoned closer, we'll train you and back you every step of the way.

We specialize in exterior home improvement, giving you a full product lineup to pitch at every door:
- Windows & Doors
- Roofing
- Solar
- Siding & Stucco
- Painting
- Gutters & Decks
More products means more conversations, more commissions, and more income streams.

- Sales experience is a plus - but not required, we train!
Pay: $45,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
