Job Summary
Baraboo State Bank is seeking a skilled, experienced credit analyst to join our team and provide both leadership and consistent, reliable work ethic. The title for this role will be Senior Credit Analyst. Candidates must possess at least 2 years of experience as a commercial credit analyst with developed skills in spreading financial statements and writing commercial loan presentations.
Candidates should:
- Exhibit the level of work ethic necessary to meet deadlines,
- Exhibit the capacity to communicated effectively with commercial loan officers and other staff, and
- Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a keen interest in community.
Hiring requirements:
- Be a U.S. citizen,
- Speak English fluently as your primary language,
- Completed a 4-year college degree from a reputable, accredited U.S.-based college or university,
- Exhibit 2+ years of direct commercial credit analyst experience from a banking institution,
- Willing to relocate to Baraboo, Wisconsin to fulfill the requirements of this on-site position, and
- Provide references of individuals who can substantiate your character and your experience and skills as a commercial credit analyst.

Baraboo, Wisconsin is located in the driftless region of Southcentral Wisconsin, 40 minutes north of Madison and 10 minutes south of Wisconsin Dells (Waterpark Resort Capital of the World). The region is home to numerous natural wonders including Devil's Lake State Park, Mirror Lake State Park, Natural Bridge State Park, Rocky Arbor State Park, the Baraboo River, the Wisconsin River, Lake Delton, and numerous other natural areas and outdoor recreational sites. Additionally, Baraboo is home to Circus World, a heritage landmark tied to the Ringling Brothers. Baraboo is part of the tourism corridor associated with the Wisconsin Dells market, which is home to many attractions and waterpark resorts, including Kalahari, Wilderness, Great Wolf, Mt. Olympus, Noah's Ark, Natura, and Chula Vista. The area is also flanked by two ski resorts, Devil's Head and Cascade Mountain.
Pay: $58,500.00 - $95,000.00 per year
