This is a small, family-owned business with a growing clientele. We currently work with one specific property management company, and are servicing eight properties in Carmel, Westfield, and Fishers.
Scope of work includes assistance with cleaning property clubhouses, common hallway areas, and vacant apartments. Standards and expectations must be met in all areas. Training on cleaning procedures used will be given while working alongside owner or supervisor. More details given during interview.
Clubhouses and apartment cleanings are typically scheduled for early morning or early evenings. Common Hallway areas are started at 9am. Start time for apartment cleaning varies, and we are flexible on start time.
Employees will be paid per job. Each job is designated a specific amount of time for a standard cleaning. This will be discussed further with applicants during interview.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
