As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Unit in Devens, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, support access-related activities, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.

Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site protocols, assisting with badge or credential checks and reporting access concerns to appropriate personnel.

Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and completing required logs and incident reports.
Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
