Job Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class customer service from start to finish.
- Scheduling service appointments and managing repair orders.
- Work with technicians to ensure accurate and timely diagnostics.
- Create clear, detailed estimates for labor and parts.
- Selling and educating customers on recommended services and maintenance.
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and great with time management.
- Strong listening skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Experience or strong interest in marine and/or powersports is a plus.
