Responsibilities
- Assist skilled technicians on residential and commercial projects
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Perform demolition, cleanup, hauling, and job site preparation
- Help with painting, drywall, flooring, landscaping, and general maintenance
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Learn new skills and advance into skilled trade positions
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors when needed
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Construction or maintenance experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and renovations with professionalism and attention to detail
- Work independently and with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues
- Communicate with customers and team members respectfully
- Maintain company equipment and job site cleanliness
Preferred Skills
- Drywall installation and repair
- Painting
- Flooring (LVP, laminate, tile)
- Basic plumbing
- Basic electrical
- HVAC experience (preferred but not required)
- Carpentry
- General property maintenance
