What You'll Do
- Knock doors in residential neighborhoods and introduce yourself and Rumble
- Spot storm and roof damage and get free inspections scheduled
- Walk homeowners through the process with confidence
- Hand off to our production team and go find the next one
- Build a territory and a pipeline that pays you again and again

The Money
This is a 100% commission role with no cap. What you make is up to you.
- Uncapped commissions on every deal you close
- Performance bonuses and sales contests
- Real advancement into senior rep, team lead, and management for the people who produce
