Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of marketing campaigns across social media platforms, email marketing, and digital advertising channels.
- Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to optimize website content for improved search engine rankings and visibility.
- Support the creation of engaging content including blog posts, social media updates, graphics, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Manage content updates on WordPress websites and other content management systems to ensure accuracy and freshness of information.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other analytics tools; analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with the team on conversion optimization strategies to enhance user experience and increase lead generation or sales conversions.
- Assist in executing marketing automation workflows and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) campaigns to target specific audiences effectively.
- Support social media management efforts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking engagement metrics.
- Contribute to email marketing campaigns by creating compelling copy, segmenting audiences, and analyzing open/click-through rates for continuous improvement.
Skills
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Moz for keyword research and site audits.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and techniques for organic search growth.
- Experience with social media marketing platforms including Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and others.
- Skilled in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems for website updates.
- Ability to run paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other platforms.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL or related web technologies is a plus.
- Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for compelling content creation tailored to target audiences.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics for tracking website traffic and campaign performance insights.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot; familiarity with marketing automation tools is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data trends and optimize campaigns accordingly.
