Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate Academic Interventionist to provide targeted academic support in different academic areas. This role works closely with teachers to help students build confidence, close learning gaps, and achieve success.
Responsibilities
- Provide small-group and one-on-one academic support
- Plan engaging lessons based on student needs
- Monitor student progress and adjust instruction
- Collaborate with teachers and staff
- Use technology to support learning
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in an educational setting
- Knowledge of reading and math instruction
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Passion for helping students succeed
