We are seeking an experienced and reliable Garage Door Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical background and experience in various installation tasks, but not necessary . This role involves working with different types of garage doors and ensuring they are installed correctly and efficiently. The successful candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Duties
- Install garage doors and their components.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Measure and cut materials accurately for installation.
- Perform necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation of garage doors.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions during the installation process.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Ability to fabricate custom parts as needed for installations.
- Basic electrical skills for wiring garage door openers and related components.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
