Job Summary
The ideal candidate must be capable of identifying and qualifying new customer prospects, and successfully developing relationships. The primary goal is to increase the overall customer portfolio.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Aggressively cultivates the service market for potential service relationships
- Responds to bid invitations
- Reviews maintenance, repair, and installation bid specifications
- Surveys the equipment without supervision
- Prepares maintenance proposals
- Negotiates the terms of a successful contract award
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years of sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlooks, Word, Excel)
- Excellent and effective interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Ability to prioritize and meet the day-to-day demands
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
