American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an ICU position requiring at least 1 year of travel experience, a CA RN license, and a strong MICU background including neuro and CCU experience.

Hospital ICU setting

Mixed ICU patient population including neurological, CCU, and sepsis cases
-
Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)

Weekends and holidays required

Floating required up to 50% of shifts to DOU/PCU, Tele, and ER Hold units

Patient ratios up to 1:4 when floating

EMR: Epic (experience required)

8-week contract

Active CA RN license required

Current BLS and ACLS certifications required

Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience required

Minimum 2 years of MICU experience required, with mixed experience including neuro and solid CCU

Formal ICU training required (beyond hands-on orientation only)

Sepsis management experience required

Experience beyond COVID-only ICU care required

Epic EMR experience required

No manager interview — resume must clearly reflect required MICU experience including neuro and CCU background

Candidate's resume should demonstrate at least 2 years of MICU experience with mixed, well-rounded critical care exposure
